Так бывает, когда не присвоен детский опыт «я любима и любимая, я нужна, со мной хотят быть». Происходит по нескольким причинам:
1) родители любили как могли, то есть «добра желали», но не умели это выражать нормально
2) у самой матери есть отвращение к своему телу/полу, например, и она не может передать дочери принятие себя. Передает только это отвращение.
3) помните про тяжелую женскую долю? Она может быть главной героиней женского сюжета в роду. Быть женщиной опасно, некрасиво, унизительно. Встают за спинами многие поколения родственниц.
Твое тело как предатель: мужики слетаются на него. Твое тело как инструмент: им пользуются. Твое тело как неудобный довесок: не знаешь, что с ним делать. Этому может учить мать.
Здесь, по моему опыту, бесполезно работать через принятие тела или гендера. Корни этого отвращения глубоки. Но абсолютно отлично работается с чувством собственного достоинства, с человеческой личностью.
Там и «внутренний ребёнок»: ребенок как ребёнок не знает, что к телу можно относиться хорошо или плохо. Он его исследует. Но его можно научить испытывать к себе отвращение разными способами. Чем иногда и занимаются значимые взрослые: учат детей собственному отвращению.
Еще одна большая тема тут встает: испытывать непринятие вообще этой темы внутреннего ребёнка.
Ребёнок кто? Слабый, беспомощный, бестолковый. Избалованный, требующий внимания, дергающий. Ему можно то, что взрослым нельзя.
«Ему можно то, что мне никогда было нельзя…»
Как можно сметь вообще что-то хотеть? Здесь может подниматься гамма чувств: от «как я могу сметь чувствовать себя маленькой» до
- все лучшее детям, а мне?
- все лучшее детям, а мне дать им нечего.
- как я его должна защитить?
презираю слабость. Что можно еще делать со слабыми и маленькими, кроме как раздражаться, унижать, высмеивать и тд?
И еще разный винегрет чувств и мыслей. Внутри, возможно, нет примера, нет образца, как можно хорошо относиться к детям: только строго или равнодушно.
Мы все в чем-то поранены в этих своих ипостасях, но хорошая новость в том, что это разбирается с психологом. И в течение взрослой человеческой жизни вполне можно успеть начать воспринимать себя по-другому, быть на своей стороне.
А внутренний ребёнок отвечает за способность удивляться, радоваться, испытывать азарт, интерес и любопытство, играть и назначать своей жизни разные смыслы.
А значит, хороший контакт с ним делает нашу жизнь успешной, вдохновленной, позволяет совершать прорывы, делать карьеру, и все это в сохранном статусе себя как здоровой личности, а не выгоревшего к чертям человека, потерявшего смыслы.
И за хороший секс отвечает контакт с этой своей частью, иначе даже это чудесное занятие превратится в старательную «домашнюю работу» или атрибут роскоши из жизни «гуринь секса».
