Презрение: один из видов агрессии. Кого мы им «награждаем»?
Для того, чтобы рассказать вам об этом сложном чувстве, я зацепилась за слово «награждаем». Мы не награждаем злостью или яростью, насмешкой или отвержением. Но презрительным взглядом мы именно «награждаем». А там, где есть награда, ищи заслугу. Так что же такого должен сделать человек, чтобы заслужить наше презрение? И что такое презрение? Начнем с того, что презрение – это один из видов агрессии, при котором формируется и соблюдается максимальная дистанция до объекта презрения. То есть это агрессия на дистанции с невозможностью сближения. Нам, действительно, сложно приблизиться к тому, кто нас презирает. От тех, кого мы презираем, мы дистанцируемся как можно дальше. Можно злиться на своего врага и даже ненавидеть его, но при этом уважать. История знает много случаев, когда из бывших врагов получались друзья. Из ситуации презрения уважение больше невозможно. Дружба тоже. Презрение возникает тогда, когда человек не разделяет с нами систему ядерных ценностей и делает что-то, после чего общение на равных с ним невозможно. Ядерные ценности находятся в так называемом ядре личности и являются неотъемлемой частью нашей идентичности. Это то, что не меняется с возрастом, временем и обстоятельствами. Например, одна из лично моих таких ценностей – это отношение к труду. Когда рабочая задача интересна. Когда труд образует твою жизнь как ведущая деятельность. Когда работа – это товарищ, которого уважаешь и ценишь, а не начальник или лох, которого можно хитро обмануть. Когда «халява» отвергается как способ получения благ, а халтура висит тяжким камнем на душе («недовольна собой, я схалтурила, сделала как легче, а не как надо») (А у вас какая «ядерная» ценность или ценности?) Презрение возникает в том месте, где нас искушали, но мы устояли. Могли бы взять взятку, но не взяли. Могли бы соврать, но сказали правду. Могли бы уйти, но остались. Могла бы схалтурить, но сделали на совесть. Налажали, но заставили себя извиниться, хотя и едва были живы от стыда. А он, презираемый, – нет. Было трудно, и он выбрал, чтобы было легко. Презрение – это агрессия, окрашенная в моральное превосходство и не допускающая приближения к объекту презрения. При слове «моральное превосходство» попахивает так называемом «белым пальто», но не спешите судить. Здесь мы не только и не столько «превосходим», сколько маркируем человека как чужака навсегда. Поэтому и не получится «на равных». Поэтому и лодырь, который счастливо едет на нашей шее, может презирать нас, что мы такие лохи-трудяги и нас легко обвести вокруг пальца. Еще один важный фактор формирования презрения – это этический аванс, который мы бессознательно когда-то выдали человеку. И если он оказался этическим чуждым, возникает презрение как охранный фактор. Это де-награда, анти-предпочтение. Непроавансированные, неинвестированные нашим уважением люди оставляют нас безразличными, мы просто проходим мимо Кстати, отличный маркер: если вы сейчас представите себе ваш самый крепкий стержень рода, например, деда или прабабушку, то, скорее всего, обнаружите, что мысленно знакомить их с человеком, потерявшим ваше уважение, никак не получается. Дед, знакомься, это Лёша и он украл у меня деньги, когда мы с ним были парой. Бабушка, посмотри, это Люба и она оболгала меня. А это Сережа, он мил со мной, только когда я ему чем-то полезна. Уверена, что ответом будут поднятые вверх седые брови вашего деда или молчание вашей вежливой бабушки, даже если вы назовете только имя представляемого и опустите остальные «пикантные» детали. Кстати, язык презрения – это ледяная вежливость или молчание. Скандалы и грубость это уменьшение дистанции, а не увеличение. Здоровый трансфер в случае презрения – это безразличие, а не желание отомстить. И в жизни каждого из нас есть случаи, когда именно презрение вставало на нашу защиту, уводя из негодных отношений. Получается, что презрение это санитарное средство нашей жизни, избавляющее нас от этических чужаков.
