Адаптация к новому — процесс, который здорово жрет любую мощность.
Главная задача — освоиться. Наглядно это выглядит так: вы садитесь в кресло, где до вас кто-то сидел. Сдвинуты подушки, откинута спинка, смялась накидка. Кто-то садится на краешек, ничего не трогая, а кто-то аккуратно расправляет, передвигает, забирается с ногами, садится удобно. Он — освоился. Сделал своим.
Мозг делает свою работу, результатом которой будет ощущение «мне легко, я освоился»: строит миллиарды новых нейронных связей, от «где здесь туалет» до «как не испортить отношения с боссом/свекровью».
Наша задача: не перегружать его еще больше. Урезать количество новых впечатлений на этот момент. Приходить домой пораньше по возможности, отказываться от перегрузок и лишнего общения, вовремя есть. Это очень важно.
Задача на период адаптации — чтобы было немного скучно и легко хотя бы час в день.
Стресс уляжется тогда, когда знакомого будет примерно 40% от всего незнакомого. На это нужно дать себе время без дополнительной нагрузки.
