Его часто путают со скукой, но на самом деле это умение жить в ладу с самим собой.
Ему мешают тревога, страхи, раздражение и даже надежда.
Состояние покоя дает нам удивительное ощущение, что мы живы по-настоящему; что жизнь происходит с нами правильно, там, тогда, с теми и как надо.
А дефицитное и драгоценное оно потому, что мы говорим себе: вот если бы…
Научить ему невозможно, но можно научиться, подсматривая за собой в те моменты, когда
- бесшумно падает снег, а мы смотрим на него, задумавшись и сидя в тепле;
- за окнами барабанит осенний дождь, а у нас есть чашка ароматного горячего чая и время, чтобы смотреть, как струйки стекают по стеклу;
- накатывает одна волна за другой, шелестя и оставляя пену на гальке, а мы просто сидим, смотрим и слушаем;
- мы качаемся в гамаке, и на закрытых веках скользят солнце и тени от листвы
Посмотрите: в этот момент мы ничем не заняты, у нас есть время и некое состояние транса.
Вы можете сделать небольшое упражнение. Выберите 4 минуты, уединитесь, сядьте и закройте глаза.
Повторяйте про себя 5 строчек не торопясь, нараспев, каждую строчку на выдохе:
Неторопливый вдох, выдох:
Я — покой;
(закончите выдох, пауза)
Покой меня окружает;
Покой меня защищает;
Этот покой – мой;
Этот покой — я.
