…и ты говоришь — да вы что? как можно по-другому! Я же буду как дура, да меня тут же съедят! У меня ничего не получится! Нет-нет, это опасно. Я не буду даже пробовать.
Сидишь, ощущая себя дурой и психолога дураком, разве он не понимает, почему до этого я так не делала?

Потому что давным-давно, уже и не помню когда, пробовала- и потрепела такое поражение, так было больно, стыдно, страшно, что не буду повторять, ни за что.
И наступает тупик, и хочется плакать. То, что работало — по-прежнему работает, спасает от чего-то, но к чему-то другому, все более необходимому, не пускает.
А новое еще не знаешь, подведет наверняка, сработает ли, много риска, сердце замирает и паника, не на что опереться, все пугает.
А потом, через три дня, три недели, три месяца или три года, рискнешь, попробуешь, зажмурившись от страха, — и вдруг понимаешь, что теперь не больно, не стыдно и не страшно, что осталась жива и даже полна сил, потому что уже не маленькая, не испуганная, уже опираешься на свою взрослость, уже умеешь добыть из мира поддержку, уже земля прочно держит, а не уходит из-под ног.
И вдруг получилось: еще, может быть, не так, как хотелось, но уже всё начинает складываться по-другому, уже есть чему удивляться и даже немного радоваться.
Эти попытки требуют много мужества.
