…Мы сидим в душной комнате, участники группы ёрзают, и я спрашиваю:
— Что вы сейчас чувствуете?
Сожаление, боль, удивление, тревогу, – отвечают участники.
Мы только что завершили какое-то упражнение и они взволнованы.
— А как вам дышится? – осторожно спрашиваю я.
— Ой, душно, оказывается, – удивленно отвечает одна девушка, обернувшись на окно. – Хочется открыть окно!
Мы открыли форточку и продолжили работать.
Улучшить свою жизнь с помощью всего двух вопросов можно не быстро, но прочно.
Я помню дождливый день, запотевшее окно автобуса, серые улицы. Много лет назад.
«Что я сейчас чувствую?» – повторяю я про себя, глядя на мокрое стекло.
«Удавиться бы», – тоскливо отвечаю сама себе. И после горьких бормотаний отчетливо отвечаю: «тоску».
«А что я сейчас хочу?» – упрямо спрашиваю себя.
«Хочу, чтобы он вернулся» – отвечаю сама себе.
И, через некоторое время после опять же горького монолога внутри, вдруг выруливаю: «хочу пить». И мне становится легче от этой определенности внутри.
Всего два вопроса:
- что я сейчас чувствую
- что я сейчас хочу
— способны улучшить качество нашей жизни в разы.
Медленно, год за годом, они меняют жизнь.
Задавайте себе эти вопросы каждый день каждые полчаса.
И вы привыкнете знать про себя больше и быть с собой в хорошем контакте.
Первый вопрос: что я сейчас чувствую – тренирует рефлексию.
«Удавиться бы» – мой ответ говорил, что я хочу сделать, а не что я чувствую.
«Он дурак и козел» – это тоже не про чувства. Это про суждение, ментальный продукт.
Тоска, злость, счастье, раздражение, радость, злорадство, тревогу – вот это про чувства.
Запомните правило: если вы ответили на этот вопрос с конструкцией «что» – вы ответили не про чувства, а про мысли.
«Я чувствую, что не могу больше» переводится как «я думаю, что не могу больше, а чувствую я отчаяние и бессилие».
«Я чувствую, что сейчас взлечу» переводится как «я думаю, что полна сил, а чувствую я энергию и радость»
Убирайте «что» из этой конструкции, чтобы добраться до точного названия своих чувств. Это важно, чтобы понимать, в каком состоянии вы делаете то, что вы делаете (когда мне страшно, я издаю смешок; когда я злюсь, я цепенею)
Второй вопрос «что я сейчас хочу» – про потребности, в том числе и потребности своего тела, на которое мы так постыдно мало обращаем внимание.
Чувствовать можно не только признательность, скуку или азарт, но в то же время, например, дискомфорт от того, что неудобно сидеть на стуле.
Хотеть можно не только карьерного взлета, но просто выпить стакан воды, например. Прямо сейчас.
Из этого вопроса произрастает привычка поддерживать себя в ресурсном состоянии.
Бессильное «я хочу, чтобы на улице прекратили вопить» превращается в «я чувствую панику, потому что шумно; я хочу позвонить в полицию/надеть беруши/встать под душ, чтобы прийти в себя».
Ошибка: употреблять эту конструкцию с «чтобы он»
Каждый раз, когда вы будете произносить «я хочу, чтобы он/она/они/вы/это» вы будете уколоты собственным бессилием. Нам не подвластно контролировать других людей и многие другие вещи.
А вот «я хочу понять, как я могу себе помочь, когда они вопят» – запросто. «Я хочу пить и мне станет легче, если я это себе дам».
«Чувствую духоту, жару, затекшую ногу, покалывание в боку: хочу свежего воздуха и чтобы не болело; надо бы изменить положение/открыть форточку»
Из «оказывается, мне неудобно сидеть в такой позе» вырастает через год «мне неудобно работать сверхурочно».
Из «я хочу малинового мороженого» – «я хочу научиться выбирать других партнеров».
Всего два вопроса — «что я сейчас чувствую» и «что я сейчас хочу», а также привычка их себе все время задавать способны очень качественно изменить вашу жизнь.
