«ГЛОБАЛИЗИРУЙ ЭТО!». Как тревога заставляет нас тянуть время
Когда я пишу это, у меня зашкаливает тревога. Ведь эта тема такая сложная и объёмная! Ловлю себя на том, что мне хочется написать сразу большой трактат или совсем не браться. Наверняка вы останетесь недовольны.
Из этого состояния у меня совершенно не получается выйти в покой и уверенность. Из тревоги нельзя попасть в покой сразу. Нельзя медитировать, когда охватывает паника. Мне хочется спешить или спрятаться. И совершенно невозможно начать.
Часто тревога захлестывает нас тогда, когда перед нами стоит новая или слишком объемная задача.
Кому трудно ее решать?
- тем, кого в детстве сурово оценивали
- тем, кого ругали за ошибки, но при этом не помогали сделать правильно
- тем, кого только хвалили, что бы он ни сделал: ведь это быстро разбивается о реальный мир
- тем, кто привык делать идеально или не делать вообще
- кому в детстве давали понять, что он разочаровывает
Таким людям не верится в то, что дорога в тысячу миль действительно начинается с первого шага. Нас может раздражать, а не успокаивать фраза «есть слишком большой пирог по кусочкам».
В этом состоянии тревога поднимается, когда мы слышим о чужих успехах.
Нас может бесить очередная история о том, как кто-то начинал с нуля: неправда, у него небось сразу был «большой пирог», спрятанный ресурс, привилегии!
Однажды я прочла фразу «если хочешь запороть задачу – глобализируй ее».
Поэтому мы можем останавливаться и тянуть время, не в силах сделать простой первый шаг.
Такую тревогу можно назвать «Сделай это идеально. Сделай это быстро. Сделай все сразу. А где результат?»
Тут может помочь фраза, сказанная себе: «я сделаю сейчас кое-что маленькое. Этого будет пока достаточно. А там посмотрим».
Я приглашаю вас уметь сказать себе слово «достаточно», и пусть это слово помогает вам останавливать разрушающий процесс «я должен сделать глобально/грандиозно/сразу все»
Желаю вам всегда знать свою тревогу по имени и иметь для нее пару рабочих рукавиц, чтобы ловчее ухватиться.
Думаю, на сегодня достаточно.
