Иногда у партнеров разница в возрасте, и «младшему» просто тебя не понять, опыта нет. Как быть?
Ответ:
Да, это действительно проблема. С некоторыми такими вещами невозможно ничего сделать, только наблюдать, как тебе в этом. Часто дело не в разнице в возрасте, а в развитости эмоционального интеллекта.
Вопрос:
Что делать, если с партнером невозможно договорится? Он слышит, говорит «хорошо», а делает потом точно так же, как раньше… Бежать?
Ответ:
Это слишком многоуровневый вопрос, чтобы иметь универсальный ответ на него. Призывать говорить на языке партнера, чтобы он слышал, как-то странно, вы же не сфера обслуживания, а он не клиент. Я бы посоветовала слушать свое тело: если вы начали болеть в последние годы или плохо себя чувствовать, то, скорее всего, вам там может быть хуже, чем вы себе признаетесь.
Вопрос:
Что если партнер сразу бросается защищаться, а я и не нападала?
Ответ:
Конфликтогены: то, что заставляет людей вставать в глухую оборону. Иногда это очень неожиданные вещи. Например, слово «разве» является конфликтогеном. Возможно, стоит разобраться, что именно заставляет партнера вставать в оборону.
Вопрос:
Говорят – против лома нет приема окромя другого лома. Если к тебе по-хамски или с наездом, почему нельзя так же и ответить? Хочется просто дать сдачи любой ценой.
Ответ:
Иногда ответ должен быть, действительно, симметричным. Некоторые люди замечают, что у нас легко испортилось настроение и этого им достаточно, чтобы остановиться; но некоторые догадываются, что они нас бесят, только если заедешь в лоб кулаком. Такие люди слышат только «громкие» сигналы.
Но невозможно все время хотеть драться или жить на повышенной громкости. Управляемый конфликт и/или дистанция; комплекс мер «стимул-поощрение», «нарушение-немедленное наказание» — это целая наука педагогика, дипломатия и управление. Хотите, чтобы с вами имели дело – придется научиться действовать разным ассортиментом способов защиты.
Вопрос:
Не умею противостоять чужой агрессии, теряюсь и боюсь. Можно научиться?
Ответ:
Можно. И легче и безопаснее, чем вы думаете. Конечно, не хочется походить на «чужого агрессора»; поэтому важно освоить свой бережный, надежный и экологичный способ защиты границ, не входящий в конфликт с вашей системой ценностей.
