«Внутренняя мама» как лоскутная куколка
…Внутренняя материнская фигура — источник того, как мы будем относиться к себе в своей взрослой жизни. Поначалу она формируется в соответствии с реальной материнской фигурой: если от реальной мамы всегда исходит холод, или, напротив, удушающие забота и тревога, – мы тоже хорошо научимся обесценивать себя или слишком сильно тревожиться обо всем.

Мы умеем только то, что видим. Повторяем то, что получали сами.

Но хорошая новость состоит в том, что, взрослея, человек формирует внутреннюю маму из подсмотренного, постороннего, встреченного. Это похоже на «лоскутную куколку»: полученное то там, то сям от других женщин состояние «к себе нежно».

Самое главное, из чего такая куколка состоит и чему служит — отношение к себе. Это не ролевая модель социального поведения (об этом в следующий понедельник), а бережное размещение в психическом пространстве другой тональности диалога с собой.

Не «опять ты, идиотка, проспала», а услышанное в детстве от бабушки ласковое «не спеши, не беги, все успеешь».

Не «фу, какая ты жирная корова», а пойманное в гостях у соседки состояние спокойной уверенности, что сейчас не помешает тарелка горячего супа. Она наливает себе и вам тарелку горячих щей со сметаной, и вся ее осанка, выражение лица и твердость духа убирают вдруг лишнюю суету и зажимы.

Мы учимся тому, что кто-то нам может быть рад; что кто-то видит в нас красавицу, и это позволяет другими глазами взглянуть на себя в зеркало.

Пара лоскутков этой куколки состоят из любящих взглядов нашей мужей, мужчин, тех, кто называет ласковыми именами наше тело.

Наша преподавательница не становится для нас ролевой моделью – но при этом мы учимся от нее уважительной и любящей интонации. «Юля, птичка, здравствуйте!» – говорила мне мой научный руководитель, и внутри меня поселялась и щебетала эта веселая птичка вместо испуганной молодой студентки, плачущей от строгой свекрови.

Каждая женщина бессознательно умеет сшить себе такую «куколку».

Продолжайте относиться к себе так же, как относились к вам они. Любой негативный сценарий можно переломить, если просто повторять за другими людьми то, что они делают и как они делают. Так мы становимся сами себе вполне хорошей «внутренней мамой».

Важно: в этой «лоскутной куколке» вы рано или поздно разглядите «лоскутки» и от своей мамы. Даже если сейчас кажется, что их нет совсем.
