На нашем чаепитии «Простые вещи»мы говорили о каких-то очень простеньких вещах, помогающих сохранять покой и благоразумие в наше непростое время.
Первым правилом я ввела бы пониженные обороты во всем. Не только потому что зима. Потому что пандемический контект никто не отменял. Это отожрало у всех и продолжает отжирать огромный массив сил, незаметно для нас самих.
Я не читаю новости. Никакие, абсолютно, кроме новостей науки: каких роботов еще изобрели, какие машины у нас будут. Новости я беру из тг-каналов. И упор делаю на канал ЖЮ: там только кошечки и собачки.
Я не выясняю никакие отношения и не настаиваю на своем, если ничего не получается. Максимально отхожу на дистанцию и там дышу.
Я занимаюсь тем, что меня питает. Смотрю сериалы, танцую. Я слежу за этим и еду на танцы регулярно, невзирая на пробки. Потому что после танцев я в максимальном порядке.
Я гуляю. Мне в этом очень помогает собака, конечно. Но если бы Пуха не было, я бы все равно себя вытаскивала. А так у нас в среднем час-полтора в день выходит. Неспешным шагом. Телефон я обычно не беру и не залипаю в него.
Я смеюсь. С друзьями и на уроках танцев. У нас там вообще очень много смеха. Вчера меня спросили — кем и как вы себя видите через десять лет? Я сказала — человеком, который много смеется, вместе с друзьями и близкими.
Я воспринимаю жизнь как подарок, и это уже давно. А подарками надо пользоваться на всю катушку, с любовью и благодарностью.
У нас бывают рабочие авралы, когда мы работаем по 18 часов в сутки несколько дней подряд. Но потом мы отсыпаемся и отъедаемся. Много работать среди нас с Ксаной считается нормальным и мы умеем по-стахановски, но всегда есть «достаточно». Кстати, мы с ней все вдвоем все и делаем, никакой большой команды у нас нет.
Ну и все. Еще сырочки в шоколаде и горячие драники со сметаной.
