…Кого тошнит от темы про успех? Всех тошнит от этой темы, меня тоже, но я хочу снять с этого понятия его стигму инстаграммной дешевки и фальши.
Все необыкновенные витрины успешности вызывают аллергию. И бессилие. И ощущение, что никогда не догонишь, и это так. Не догонишь. Но надо ли гнаться?
Гнаться — нет, а вот хотеть быть успешным и прикладывать к этому грамотные усилия — да.
Один из семи компонентов, складывающих ощущение осмысленности жизни — это успех. От слова успевать. Если этого компонента нет, именно в его конвенциональном значении, сложно ощущать себя счастливым и удовлетворенным. Как бы мы себя не уговаривали, что достаточно духовности и осознанности.
Успевать — это во многом быть как все. Неожиданно звучит? Это о том, что важно соблюдать возрастные нормы и освоить ведущую деятельность в них. Ведущая деятельность с 18 до 60 — самореализация и самоактуализация.
Внутри нормы тоже есть деление — на возраст продуктивности и экспертности. Важно начальное освоение новой роли и навыков. Продуктивность ключевое слово, именно обладая продуктивностью и тренируя ее, мы получаем успех.
Можно ли ощущать себя успешным, если у вас дома очень холодно или очень грязно, или темно, не работают лампочки и текут краны?
Символически это нижний уровень пирамиды Маслоу, — условия для выживания тела. Наш человек порой плюет на это, и зря. С этого можно начать двигаться к порядку в своей жизни, даже если пока нет остальных компонентов успешности.
- Успех имеет довольно четкие критерии, которые проявляются в реальности.
- Это деньги не только на насущные нужды, но и на развитие.
- Это признание, которое часто путают с известностью.
Это отдача от инвестиций в работу и отношения, то есть продуктивные отношения с людьми, близкими и далекими, и с процессом своего труда. Продуктивные — это значит, что есть результаты этих отношений, заметно улучшающие жизнь.
Это выстроенные отношения со своим телом, возрастом и его ограничениями.
И как бы мы себя не уговаривали, что нам плевать, вываливание из возрастной нормы по некоторым критериям не даст покоя.
В 40 нет профессии, а в 50 нет денег, сил, и наконец сказалось отсутствие хорошего образования или ремесла?
В свое время, возможно, была нарушена возрастная норма с 7 до 11 лет, когда ведущая деятельность — учеба, и человек учился учиться. Тогда он не освоит процесс постижения трудного навыка и зависимость результата от процесса.
С 17 до 21 нужно найти свое первое профессиональное, социальное имя. Не «я красивая девочка» или «я клевый парень», а «я дизайнер», «я шофер», например. Это дает ощущение принадлежности к цеху и выстраивает фундамент для профессиональной идентичности.
«Я человек творческий, про деньги думать не умею» к 45-ти оборачивается тоскливой бытовой неустроенностью и более ничем.
Что делать, если вы себя ощущаете неуспешным?
Есть выходы — трезвый взгляд на вещи, работа с психологом и очень важное — прекращение ожиданий от мира, который не заметил художника и гения, или не хочет больше в наши 35 или 47 давать плюшки за звание «клевого парня», «самой красивой девочки», или «с тобой никогда не скучно».
Я сама через это прошла в свои 39, когда поняла, что середнячок. Ох, как мне было! Меня словно утолкали куда-то в коробку со скрепками.
Ну что, через 10 лет я вполне освоилась в этой коробке.
Я — за трезвый взгляд на вещи. Успех среднего человека в своей средней жизни — тяжелый труд, и важно с ним справляться. Не справляются обычно те, скажу неожиданное, кто не в силах признать себя «середнячком».
Если мы не Леонардо да Винчи, мы хотим быть как все: тоже иметь недвижимость или семью, иметь близких и стабильную работу, радость и комфорт.
Ощущать себя в норме — очень важно, это значит иметь свое место среди людей.
Мы гонимся за успехом как за короной, гонимся за известностью, славой или непременно большими деньгами, а на самом деле успех — это обжитая, своя собственная жизнь, где все устроено так, как нам надо. Где мы успеваем самое главное, потому что темп создаем сами.
Важно знать, что критерии успеха для тех, кто быстро устает и для тех, кто быстро двигается — разные. Кто тревожный или кто смелый — разные.
Важно не уговаривать себя, что это не важно.
Важно ответить себе на вопрос — от чего именно я буду чувствовать себя в порядке? Не известная Люся Иванова, а я? Чего у меня нет, чтобы себя чувствовать в порядке? Что нужно делать, чтобы было?
И помните, что никогда не поздно начинать.
