Я продолжаю серию текстов для женщин, которые боятся танцевать.
Как вы знаете из двух первых текстов (смотрите по тэгам), наша главная героиня – «чудовище Люся». Она ощущает себя старой, толстой, непригодной к красоте и к движению.
И у нее есть вполне обоснованный страх: «я не умею и никогда не научусь ТАК танцевать».
Придя на танцы во взрослом возрасте, вы будете учиться технике. Вас будут учить танцевальной лексике: это фигуры, из которой собирается танец. Контакту с партнером, особенно если это социальные танцы (танго, сальса, бачата).
В вашу жизнь войдут шаг, поворот, другое положение рук, другое положение тела. Посадка головы. Количество шагов. Градус поворотов. И музыка, много прекрасной музыки! У вас изменится осанка и посадка головы.
В Галладенсе, например, всех новичков обучают базам всех танцев (это входит в клубную карту и не требует дополнительной платы).
Базовые шаги всех танцев простые, из них комбинируется сложное и красивое.
А теперь о важном и касается тех, кто убирается перед приходом помощницы по хозяйству или стесняется идти в спортзал из-за «неспортивной фигуры».
Такие люди, как правило, считают, что идти учиться танцам нельзя с нуля, надо уже что-то уметь.
Важно знать: преподаватели вас встретят как новичка и будут обращаться как с новичком. Никто не ждет от вас безупречного движения. Никто.
Вы танцуете, когда вас никто не видит? Было ли хоть раз такое?
Танец – самое счастливое состояние нашего тела. Вы когда-нибудь танцевали от злорадства или презрения, от радости или нежности? Наверное, мои вопросы обращены к той части вашей личности, которая очень древняя. Это африканская Люся, танцующая вокруг костра под барабаны в честь удачной охоты, или горя, или дождя. Было бы странно себя учить танцевать, когда танцуется само.
Внутри нас всех уже есть танец. И, учась танцевать, мы просто его высвобождаем. В таком состоянии не существует ошибок. Когда мы танцуем сами с собой, мы никогда не делаем неудобных шагов или неуклюжих поворотов.
В этой части я обращаю ваше внимание на то, что большая и лучшая часть танца в вас уже есть, это врожденное в каждом человеке. Осталось высвободить этот танец, давая себе танцевать. «Если у человека есть тело, он танцор» – сказала мне одна из моих учителей.
Вы уже умеете танцевать. Осталось это только оформить, дать имя, стиль, направление, музыку и технику.
Например, к моему изумлению, мне очень естественно легли движения в африканском танце. Но пока я не попробовала, я не знала.

Для тех, кто не знает: я пришла танцевать в клуб Galladance в свои 42 года. До сих пор, седьмой год, даже уехав, я остаюсь их преданным членом, а они – частью моей жизни, в которой всегда присутствует счастье, музыка, движение, радость и красота. И да, там «дают» партнеров – преподавателей, и можно подготовить номер и выступить в настоящем танцевальном платье.
