Есть люди, которые натренировали свои хорошие отношения с деньгами. Они обрели способность:
- зарабатывать много
- называть хорошую цену за свою работу
- не соглашаться на неудобные условия начальников
- не воспринимать как должное, что с ними не считаются
Так вот, к этому обычно приходится продираться через убийственные родительские сценарии, запрет на агрессию и страх перед мамой. Это большая работа.
Всегда тема о деньгах – это тема самооценки и хороших границ. Нам приходится разбираться в том, как мы их нарушаем с другими, как оберегать свои; работать с чувством собственной ценности; в общем, работать, работать, работать
Какую работу делаете вы, чтобы изменить свои отношения с деньгами? С чем приходиться возиться, обо что спотыкаетесь?
Мне лично, например, пришлось работать с тем, что:
- «мы нищие» -всю жизнь нам говорилось это с особым вкусом и особой интонацией. Меня охватывал и сейчас охватывает ужас вплоть до оцепенения
- «денег нет»: это уже муж. Всегда после этого — чувство вины. И недоумение. До сих пор страшно позволять за себя платить. Помню, как норовила всучить 20 евро своему хорошему другу, который купил мне небольшие сувениры и мороженое на прогулке. Он с удивлением мне сказал: Юля, мне ПРИЯТНО потратить на тебя деньги. (я до сих пор ловлю себя на том, что ему ДОЛЖНА)
- чтобы не быть никому должной, норовила платить за подруг и друзей сама в ресторанах: они же уже пришли, потратили время на меня, это неловко, я виновата и должна
- не закладывала никаких расходов на реабилитацию после тяжелой работы. Знаете почему? Потому что в мою цену не было этого заложено. В итоге хватало заработка только на текущие расходы. Работала, чтобы выжить — тот самый уровень, когда «мы нищие»; соответственно, ориентируешься на такой же доход у ЦА
и многое другое.
Мои проекты про деньги принесли мне самой большие изменения, и это по-прежнему самая интересная для меня тема. Потому что много лет это было не про деньги, а про что-то другое.
